The Kigali Ripper
In 2012, the city of Kigali in Rwanda was dealing with one of the worst serial killer cases ever. Dubbed Jack the Ripper of Africa, the elusive serial killer claimed 15 victims, predominantly prostitutes, and continued his killing spree in 2013 and 2014. With rising fear among the citizens, the police did everything they could to catch the killer until they stopped. Despite the tireless efforts of law enforcement, the case remains unsolved, leaving the community to grapple with their fears and unanswered questions.
